How much does the AI Opportunity Diagnostic cost?

Fixed from $3,500, by company size. No hourly meters, no change orders. The work is built to pay for itself, with BDC financing available to spread the cost.

Do I need the Quick Start before a Diagnostic?

No. They solve different problems: the Quick Start proves AI works in your shop with one live agent; the Diagnostic maps everything and produces the funded 90-day plan. Many clients start with the Diagnostic directly.

What if the Diagnostic finds nothing worth doing?

Then the report says so, in writing — what we examined and why it didn't clear the bar. You keep the baseline measurements, the inventory, and the risk register either way. We'd rather lose a build than sell one that shouldn't exist.

Can a grant or loan help pay for the Diagnostic?

BDC financing can fund your whole project so you can spread the cost — you pay us on our normal terms. Ontario's DMAP grant funds adoption plans written by OCI-rostered consultants (we're not on that roster, so we can build, not just plan). See our BDC Funding page for the honest comparison.
